1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Furniture For The Conference Room In Building D2.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Purchase And Assembly Of The Following Products: Social Annex, Utility Wardrobe, Wall Installation, Av Wardrobe, Speakers Desk, Lectern, Archive Wardrobe, Corner Desk, Clothes Wardrobe, Folding Tables, Chairs.3.The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Marketing And Use In Health Care Units In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Polish Law And European Union Law. Must Have Valid Polish Or European Union Certificates, Certificates Of Approval For Use In Health Care Facilities, If Required By Law. 4. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New In Accordance With The Specifications, It Must Be Complete And, After Assembly, Installation And Setting, Ready For Work Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments. 5. Furniture In A Health Care Facility Should Be Washable And Disinfectable.6.The Sample Equipment Elements Indicated In The Order Documents Are Illustrative And Constitute Information Specifying The Standard Level Of The Designed Equipment, As Well As The Colors And, Importantly, The Form (Design) Of These Elements. Since The Office Equipment Of The Facility Is Closely Related To The Architectural And Interior Design, The Materials Used In The Future Offer For Building Equipment Must Take Into Account The Nature And Technical Level Of The Adopted Solutions.7.Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Physical Measurements Of The Rooms In Order To Verify The Compliance Of The Dimensions Of The Rooms And The Offered Equipment. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Dimensions Of Rooms And Equipment During Installation, The Costs Of Necessary Changes Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. In The Event Of Dimensional Differences, After Taking Measurements At The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Correct The Dimensions And Agree Them With The Ordering Party.8.The Assembly Is To Consist In: 1) Bringing In All The Equipment Elements, 2) Assembling The Equipment Elements And Removing Any Waste Generated As A Result Of These Activities, 3) Setting And Leveling The Equipment Elements, 4) Training Employees In The Use, Operation And Maintenance Of The Supplied Equipment9.The Contractor Should Make The Delivery Using His Own Transport To The Place Required By The Ordering Party.10.The Contractor Will Assemble The Subject Of The Order In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. Arrangement Of Equipment Elements According To The Attached Drawing. 11. The Full Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Order Will Be At Least 24 Months.12.Deadline For Handling Complaints Max. 10 Days From The Date Of Notification.13.The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2) Draft Provisions
