The Zabrodzie Commune Invites You To Submit An Offer For The Development Of Social Services In The Zabrodzie Commune As Part Of The Social Premium Grant Project, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+). 2. The Scope Of The Planned Services Includes: 1) Family Day Picnic; 2) Intergenerational Dance; 3) Fitness Gymnastics For Seniors 55+; 4) Vocal Workshops For Seniors On Folk Songs And Chants; 5) Provision Of Care Services, Excluding Specialized Care Services In The Place Of Residence Of Persons Covered By The Help Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Zabrodzie In The Period From 1 January To December 31, 2027, In Accordance With Individual Administrative Decisions, Art. 50 Of The Act On Social Assistance, By Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of August 4, 2026.
