1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil To The Boiler Rooms Of The Buildings Of The Primary School, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Light Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In This Tor And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of November 28, 2022 On Marking And Coloring Of Energy Products And Must Be Characterized By Parameters Corresponding To The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard Or Equivalent. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Heating Oil To The Ordering Party, Loading, Transport Of The Oil To Its Destination, And Unloading Of The Oil. The Order Will Be Carried Out Using The Contractors Own Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.2.Requirements: Light Fuel Oil Produced In Accordance With The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024:2020-12 (Or Equivalent) Must Meet The Following Quality Parameters: A) Sulfur Content - Max. 0,10 % (M/M); B) Wartość Opałowa – Min. 42,60 Mj/Kg, C) Temperatura Zapłonu – Min. 56O C, D) Gęstość W Temp. 15O C – Max. 860.0 Kg/M3, E) Kinematic Viscosity At 20O C - Max. Than. 6.00 Mm2/S, F) Fractional Composition: - Distills Up To 250O C - Max. 65 % V/V, - Do 350O C Destyluje – Min. 85 % V/V. G) Zawartość Wody - Max. 200 Mg/Kg, H) Residue After Incineration – Max. 0.01% /M/M, I) Residue After Coking In 10% Of Distillation Residue - Max. 0.30%/M/M, J) Content Of Solid Impurities - Max. 24 Mg/Kg, K) Pour Point Not Higher Than -20O C. 3. Facilities And Places Of Delivery: The Estimated Volume Of Fuel Oil Is Approximately 70,000 Liters For The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. 12 Months From The Date Of Concluding The Contract On The Award Of Public Procurement Or Exhaustion Of The Ordered Quantity Of Fuel.
