Request for proposals for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 30 kV / 0.4 kV Power Supply Infrastructure and a 315 kVA Distribution Transformer. Location: Musanze Deadline: Friday, 13/11/2026 17:00 easyHATCH Ltd ("the Company" or "the Client") operates a poultry farm in Cyuve Sector, Musanze District, Rwanda. The farms continued development requires a dedicated medium-voltage (MV) grid connection and an on-site distribution transformer. Following the Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL)s issued Supervision Quotation for the Power Supply to easyHATCH Ltd, setting out the technical design for the connection and a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for the materials required. EUCLs quotation is for design supervision and final testing/commissioning oversight only. Purpose of this RFP easyHATCH Ltd is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, RURA-approved electrical contractors to supply all materials, and to install, test and commission the complete MV/LV power supply infrastructure described in Section 2 below including the supply, installation and commissioning of the 315 kVA transformer in accordance with EUCLs approved technical design and Rwandas electricity-sector technical standards, and to EUCLs satisfaction at final witness testing.
