Quotation are invited for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and OEM Support Services for Huawei Network Devices & Servers (12 Months). A Request for Quotation (RFQ) needs to be circulated to interested Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, specifically Huawei (details in the attached Appendix 1- Device List ). The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit detailed proposals for OEM support services. These services should encompass comprehensive support for the attached list of hardware and software. The required support services include: 1. Bug & Security Fixes: Timely identification and resolution of software bugs to ensure optimal performance and security. 2. Online Support: 24/7 access to technical support through various online channels, including email, chat, and remote assistance. 3. Part Replacement: Efficient and prompt replacement of defective hardware components to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. The selected OEM partners are expected to provide competitive quotes detailing their service offerings, response times, and pricing structures. This RFQ aims to ensure that our organization receives highquality, reliable support to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure. Rates lump sum shall be all inclusive (transportation, accommodation, food, air ticket, any duties customs etc) but not limited to the bug and software fixing, online line support, and part replacement throughout the duration of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). 3. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the scope of services required for OEM Support Services for various hardware components, including but not limited to network devices (switches, routers), servers, and storage systems from vendors such as Huawei. The purpose of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is to ensure that the hardware operates optimally, remains secure, and is available for businesscritical operations throughout the contract period. 3.1 Objective The primary objective of this OEM Support Services is to ensure the continued reliability, performance, and security of the following hardware components: Network Devices: Switches, routers, firewalls, and other network infrastructure devices. Servers: Rack-mounted, blade, or tower servers across the network. Storage Systems: Storage Area Networks (SANs), Network Attached Storage (NAS), and other storage devices. The vendor will provide: Issue Resolution: Timely and efficient resolution of hardware-related incidents. Hardware Replacement: Replacement of faulty or obsolete components as required. Technical Support: Portal access for 24/7 availability for troubleshooting, guidance, and bug fixes. 3.2 Contractor Responsibilities Only duly authorized representatives/partners of each OEM are permitted to participate in the tendering process. The service provider is expected to deliver the following services: A. ICT hardware, including Huawei switches, routers, iCampus NCE for the RM site. B. The contractor shall provide AMC for network devices, servers, and other devices from Huawei. C. The contractor shall provide OEM Support Services for the devices mentioned in Appendix A (attached). The contract shall include, but not be limited to: OEM Technical Support options, including service parts and related labor services. Remedial maintenance on supported IT hardware on an on-call basis as per proposed service levels. Notification of End-of-Life equipment at least two years in advance to ensure sufficient time for replacement. Regular firmware updates with technical support for device upgrades. Conduct quarterly reviews of hardware and software versions, providing recommendations and reports to remediate devices. Perform a minimum of Four (4) onsite preventive maintenance visits during the contract period (one visit per quarter) and Eight (8) remote support/firmware upgrade/health-check sessions during the contract period.
