This Applies In Particular To Recruitment Advertisements, But Also To More Complex Or Statutory Announcements, Where Correct Channel Selection, Targeting And Documentation Are Important. The Procurement Will Contribute To Better Traceability, Internal Control And Archiveable Documentation Throughout The Entire Advertising Process. It Is Also A Central Goal That The Solution Supports The Municipalities Workflow And Can Be Used In An Appropriate Way Together With The Recruitment And Hr Systems Used In The Municipalities. Harstad Municipality Is The Client For The Procurement On Behalf Of The Municipalities Covered By The Agreement. Each Participating Municipality Is Itself Responsible For Its Own Obligations Under The Framework Agreement. Other Municipal Enterprises, Including Bodies Governed By Public Law And Associations Formed By Harstad Municipality, Shall Have The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Accede To The Agreement. The Delivery Shall Include Publication In Relevant Digital And Printed Channels, Including Newspapers, Trade And Industry Media, Job Portals, Social Media And Public Registers Where Publication Is Required. The Solution Must Also Facilitate That Advertisements Prepared In The Municipalities Own Recruitment And Hr Systems Can Be Imported Or Uploaded To The Suppliers Platform In A Simple And Appropriate Way. There Are No Requirements For System Integrations Or Automated Data Exchange. The Assignment Also Includes The Necessary Reporting And Documentation Relating To The Individual Advertisement Or Campaign, So That The Municipalities Have A Sufficient Basis For Follow-Up, Control And Archiving.
