The Client Publishes The Competition In Accordance With European Parliament And Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 On Public Passenger Transport By Rail And By Road And On The Repeal Of Council Regulation (Eec) No. 1191/69 And No. 1107/70 (Hereafter Referred To As The Public Transport Regulation) Art 7.2.The Competition Is Conducted In Accordance With The Public Transport Regulation Art. 5.3, As Well As General Guidelines Issued By The Ministry Of Transport And Communications Which Can Be Found On The Following Website: Https://Www.Regjeringen.No/No/Aktuelt/Jernbanedirektoratet-Far-De-Overordnede-Rammene-For-Fremtidige-Trafikkavtaler-Pa-Jernbanen/Id3172999/The Client Will Establish A Qualification Scheme For Contracts For Public Passenger Transport By Rail.
