The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Works Defined In The “Project For Widening The West Sidewalk Of Santa Clara Street In Tàrrega”, Drafted By The Municipal Technical Services In May 2026 And Signed By Engineer Joan Santacana Espasa. 2. The Main Purpose Of The Actions Is To Widen And Improve The West Sidewalk Of Santa Clara Street, With The Objective To Guarantee Adequate Conditions Of Mobility, Accessibility And Safety For Pedestrians. 3. The Project Provides, Among Others, The Following Actions: A) Demolition Of The Existing Pavement And Curb. B) Expansion Of The Space For Pedestrians. Accessible.E) Construction And Adaptation Of Pedestrian Fords.F) Renovation Of The Drinking Water Network By Replacing The Existing 60 Mm Fiber Cement Pipe With A 63 Mm Polyethylene Pipe Pn 10.G) Renovation Of The Horizontal And Vertical Signage Affected By The Works.H) Installation Of Five Urban Furniture Bins.I) Management Of Waste From The Works And Demolitions. J) Execution Of All Those Complementary Actions That Are Necessary For The Complete And Correct Execution Of The Works Defined In The Project. 4. The Contract Includes All The Actions Necessary To Deliver The Work Completely Finished, Functional And Suitable For Its Use, In Accordance With The Project, Its Annexes, The Present Specification And The Instructions Of The Optional Management.
