That, As Provided In Decree No. 38 Of 2005, Article 23, The Director Will Have The Power To: “G) Enter Into Contracts For The Purchase Of Services Of Any Nature, With Natural Or Legal Persons, For The Performance Of All Types Of Tasks Or Functions, General Or Specific, Even When They Are Typical Or Customary Of The Establishment.That, After Making The Respective Queries, The Hospital Hygiene Service Is Not Available Through The Framework Agreement Offered In The Information System Of The Purchasing Directorate, Www.Mercadopublico.Cl.That, This Purchase Is Linked To Project 1057489-29-Pc26, Corresponding To The Annual Purchasing Plan For The Year 2026.
