These Administrative Bases Establish The Requirements That Will Govern The Contracting Of An Electronic System For The Registration And Control Of Attendance And Determination Of Working Hours, Intended For Workers In The Establishments And Offices Of The Municipal Corporation For The Social Development Of Villa Alemana, In Order To Have A Tool That Allows The Registration, Control, Management And Administration Of Attendance And Work Hours In A Safe, Reliable, Complete, Traceable And Timely Manner.The Contract Will Include The Provision Of A Software License And/Or Administration Platform For The Attendance Registration And Control System, Including Its Enablement, Configuration, Implementation, Parameterization, Integration With Existing Biometric Clocks, Training, Technical Support, Maintenance, Updating And Other Services Necessary To Ensure The Correct Start-Up, Operation And Continuity Of The System Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Conditions And Specifications Established In The Technical Bases. The Contract Does Not Contemplate The Acquisition Of New Biometric Watches.The System Offered Must Comply With Current Labor Regulations Applicable To Electronic Registration And Attendance Control Systems, Especially With The Requirements Established By The Labor Directorate, Including Those Related To Worker Identification, Registration Of Markings, Integrity And Availability Of Information, Traceability, Access To Records, Issuance Of Receipts, Information Security And Other Applicable Requirements.The Contract Seeks To Guarantee The Operational Continuity And Permanent Availability Of The System, Allowing The Corporation To Have Reliable Information For The Management And Control Of The Attendance Of Its Workers, Safeguarding The Integrity And Security Of The Records And Ensuring Adequate Standards Of Quality, Availability, Technical Support And Compliance With The Technical Specifications Required For The Different Beneficiary Establishments And Agencies.
