The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Acquisition Of Clothing, Footwear, Accessories, Flags, Cockades, Textiles And Other Elements Required For The Participation And Presentation Of Foreign Communities In Cultural And Artistic Activities Organized And Coordinated By The Antofagasta Cultural Corporation During The Year 2026, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Established For Each Line.The Goods May Consider Making On Measurements, Taking Measurements, Fitting Tests And Adjustments.The Contracting Will Be Carried Out By Lines, Each Of Which May Correspond To A Specific Community, A Certain Good, Service Or Requirement Associated With Its Participation, In Accordance With The Needs Defined By The Antofagasta Cultural Corporation. The Foregoing Will Allow The Independent Awarding Of One Or More Lines To One Or Different Suppliers, In Accordance With The Evaluation Criteria And Mechanisms Established In These Bases.In The Case Of Goods, The Supply Of New Products, Of First Quality And In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Established For Each Line Is Considered, Including, When Applicable, Design, Preparation, Sizing, Materials, Finishes, Quantities And Other Required Characteristics.The Awarded Suppliers Must Guarantee The Timely And Adequate Fulfillment Of The Goods, In The Quantities, Dates, Places And Conditions Requested For Each Awarded Line, Ensuring Compliance With The Technical, Artistic, Aesthetic And Quality Standards Defined By The Bidding Entity.Likewise, The Contracted Goods And Services Must Contribute To A Respectful And Adequate Representation Of The Traditions, Cultural Expressions And Characteristics Of The Different Participating Communities, Promoting A Quality Cultural Experience For The Community And Strengthening The Artistic, Cultural And Integration Nature Of The Activities Developed By The Antofagasta Cultural Corporation.
