The Specified Number Of Batteries /480/ Are Minimum, And The Exact Number Of Batteries Will Be Determined Based On The Unit Price Offered By The Participant Chosen As The Contractor For 1 (One) Number Of Batteries Before Concluding The Contract Up To The Amount Of The Determined Estimated Value Of The Order Specified In The Announcement. According To The Requirements Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, The Contract Is Concluded Subject To A Clause For Deferred Performance. The Execution Of The Contract Begins After Sending A Notification Letter From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor For Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. In Case Of Non-Presentation Of The Performance Guarantee Within The Term Specified By The Contracting Authority, Without The Presence Of Objective Reasons, The Contracting Authority Terminates The Contract. When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated.
