Overhaul And Refurbishment Work – Framework Agreement For Maintenance Works, Maintenance Of Installations And Systems, Repairs, Including Capital Repairs, Consolidation, Rehabilitation, Modernization And Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings/Buildings Under The Administration Of Sector 5 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. The Contracting Authority Intends To Purchase Construction Works Consisting Of Current Repairs Of The Constructions And Related Installations, For Buildings Consisting Of The Following Main Categories: • Maintenance And Maintenance Works For Installations And Systems; • Current Repairs And Capital Repairs; • Infrastructure And Superstructure Consolidation Works — According To The Seismic Design Codes P100-1/2013 And P100-3/2019 For The Seismic Evaluation Of Existing Buildings; • Thermal Rehabilitation Works — Insulation Of External And Internal Walls, Insulation Of The Basement/Floor Above The Basement, Thermo-Hydraulic Insulation Of The Terrace/Slab; • Replacement Of Exterior And Interior Carpentry With Heat-Insulating Glass — Pvc, Aluminum With Thermal Break, Laminated Wood, Fire-Resistant Metal Carpentry; • Modernization Of Electrical Installations — Including Photovoltaic Systems, Fire Detection And Warning Systems, Energy Efficient Lighting Installations; • Modernization Of Sanitary Installations — Including Solar Thermal Systems And Internal Hydrants; • Modernization Of Thermal, Gas And Ventilation Installations — Including Heat Pumps And Ventilation Systems With Heat Recovery; • Exterior Finishing Works (Decorative Plasters, Facades) And Interior Finishes (Plasters, Floors, Painting); • Works To Restore And Modernize External Water Networks, Domestic Sewage And Rainwater; • Installation Of Specific Equipment And Site Organization. Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Of Those That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Can Be Found In The Annexes Of The Specifications. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, May Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And The Provisions Of Anap Instruction No. 1/2021. Considering That The Award Documentation Contains A Minimum Set Of Specific Information Regarding Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, We Emphasize The Fact That These Minimum And Maximum Quantities That The Contracting Authority Establishes Initially In The Award Documentation And Later In The Framework Agreement Represent Estimates Of Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter Being Able To Be Smaller, Equal Or Larger Compared To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
