Meal-Preparation Services – Meal By Commissioned System. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Meals Made Of Food Products In Appropriate Quality And Quantity, For One Person Placed In The Rooms Intended For Detained Persons And In The Guarded Center For Foreigners Of The Nadodrzański Branch Of The Border Guard In Krosno Odrzańskie, 66-600 Krosno Odrzańskie Ul. Poprzeczna 1 Or Provided, According To A Specific Daily Monetary Value, Of The Standard Food For 7 Days A Week For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, 3 (Three) Meals A Day (Breakfast, Two-Course Lunch And Dinner), Including At Least One Hot One, And Drinks (For Each Meal), Taking Into Account The Religious And Cultural Requirements Of The Fed Persons Placed In The Guarded Center; And When The Health Condition Requires It - Diet Or Nutrition With Products Recommended By The Doctor - According To His Instructions; 2) Serving Meals Three Times A Day, Maintaining The Required Temperature, At Hours Specified In The Organizational And Order Regulations Of The Guarded Center (Except For The Period Of Ramadan, Referred To In § 2 Section 28); 3) Possibility Of Using The Kitchen Facilities In The Guarded Center To Heat And Serve Delivered Meals; 4) Providing Food Products In The Form Of Dry Lunches (Including Disposable Packaging Enabling The Consumption Of Meals, Disposable Cutlery And Disposable Bags) For People Brought In, In Accordance With The Food Standard Referred To In § 2 Section 1; 5) Collecting And Storing Food Samples And Maintaining The Required Haccp Documentation; 6) Comprehensive, Ongoing Cleanliness In The Rooms Provided By The Ordering Party In The Guarded Center; 7) Collection And Disposal Of Post-Consumer Waste, Including Packaging And Cutlery After Meals. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order, Which Include: Preparing Meals, Delivering Meals And Serving Meals, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
