The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Mixed Procurement Of Goods With Accompanying Works And Services, Where The Dominant Part Of The Subject Is The Procurement, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Photovoltaic Power Plant On The Canopies Of The Srednja Delta Parking Lot, At The Srednja Delta Location, Rijeka, Id No. 4645/1, Registered Office Old Town. The Subject Of Purchase Includes Photovoltaic Modules, Converters, Dc And Ac Distribution, Distribution Cabinet Ro-Fn, Equipment For Connection And Measurement Of Electricity, Equipment For Equalization Of Potential And Protection Against Overvoltage, Assembly Substructure And All Other Necessary Equipment, Material And Accessories. The Subject Of Procurement Also Includes The Accompanying Works Of Assembly, Installation, Connection, Testing And Commissioning Of The Power Plant, Construction Works Of The Construction Of A Raised Reinforced Concrete Base Plate With A Protective Fence For The Accommodation Of Equipment, And The Inspection And Rehabilitation Of The Existing Steel Structure Of The Canopies Before Assembly, As Well As All Other Activities Necessary For The Functional And Safe Use Of The Power Plant, In Accordance With The Main Project And Applicable Regulations. The Subject Of Procurement Includes Solar Photovoltaic Technology As A Technology With Zero Net Emission Rate In The Sense Of Art. 4, Paragraph 1 Of Regulation (Eu) 2024/1735, So The Requirements From Article 25 Apply To This Public Procurement Procedure In Relation To The Solar Photovoltaic Technology Included In The Procurement.
