Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Customers), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Energy And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Dso Tariff. The Indicated Estimated Amount Of Energy Is The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase And Does Not Include Energy Produced On Its Own And Consumed As Part Of Self-Consumption Or Taken From The Dso Network With A Discount. 4. The Proceedings Covered Ppe With Generating Installations - A Detailed Description (Installation Capacity, Connection Date, Settlement Method) Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. In All Ppes With A Pv Installation, Recipients Have The Status Of A Prosumer And Settle Their Accounts Using The Net Billing Or Net-Metering System - As Described In Annex 1 To The Swz. 5. Settlement In The Net-Metering System. The Contractor Will Settle The Amount Of Electricity Introduced Into The Dso Network Against The Amount Of Electricity Taken From This Network For Its Own Consumption By The Prosumer Generating Electricity In A Micro-Installation With A Total Installed Electrical Capacity: 1) Greater Than 10 Kw - In A Quantitative Ratio Of 1 To 0.7 2) Not More Than 10 Kw - In A Quantitative Ratio Of 1 To 0.8. 6.
