The Subject Of This Construction Tender Is The Ventilation Trade (Kg 430 Air Conditioning Systems) For The Realization Of The New Functional Building At The Rems-Murr Clinic Schorndorf. The Ventilation Work Includes The Production Of The Ventilation Systems For The New Functional Building, Including The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Adjustment And Documentation Services Required For This. The Systems Serve To Supply The Medical Functional Areas, Nursing Areas And Other Areas Of Use Of The New Building. The Construction Work In The Ventilation Trade Includes The Following Services In Particular: - Construction Of New Ventilation Systems For The New Functional Building With: -5 Ventilation Systems With A Total Air Volume Of Approx. 150,000 M³/H And Highly Efficient Heat Recovery Via A Closed Circuit System, -8 Recirculation Systems For The Operating Rooms, -7 Operating Room Tav Ceiling Fields (Low-Turbulence Displacement Flow) For The Operating Rooms - Approx. 17,000 M² Of Ducts And Fittings (Galvanized Steel), - Approx. 3,700 M Of Ventilation Pipes (Galvanized Steel). The Air Conditioning Systems Are Of Crucial Importance For The Overall Construction Process And The Subsequent Commissioning Of The New Functional Building, As They Create Essential Prerequisites For The Completion And Intended Operation Of The Medical Functional, Treatment And Care Areas. The Services Are Closely Dependent On Technology And Timing On Numerous Other Expansion And Technical Building Trades, In Particular The Heating, Plumbing, Electrical Installation, Building Management Technology And Energy Center Trades. Particular Challenges Arise From The Integration Of Sophisticated Ventilation Systems Into Highly Installed Medical Areas, The Large Number Of Interfaces To Other Technical Systems And The Sometimes Limited Space Within The Building. Particularly Noteworthy Are The Duct Installation On The Installation Floor With A Height Of 2.2 M And The Installations On The Ground Floor With A Clear Suspended Ceiling Height Of 25 Cm.
