The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Participants Obligation To Carry Out The Work Called G799 - 2.Hvb - Spacom Series 100 Protection Replacement At Its Own Expense And Risk For The Customer And To Fulfill Other Related Obligations Arising From The Draft Of The Contract And The Customers Obligation To Take Over The Properly Executed Work From The Contractor, To Pay The Contract Price Of The Work Specified In Article 5 Of This Agreement And To Fulfill Other Related Obligations Arising From The Contract. The Subject Of The Work Is All The Performance That The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Perform Or Ensure According To The Draft Of The Contract, In Particular The Processing Of Documentation, The Complete Replacement Of The Device Parts Of The 6Kv Zn Ii Switchboards. And Iii. Cat, Iii/Ii. Kat Including Existing Automatic Auxiliary Cabinets With The Use Of New Digital Protections And Auxiliary Devices, While Maintaining The Existing Scope Of Protection, Continuity With The Control System And Ensuring Communication/Time Synchronization With The Non-Standard Electrical Monitoring System Nemes, And Carrying Out All Necessary Adjustments To The Affected Devices And Systems.
