Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For The State Fire Service In Bytów, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 2 (Opz For Short); 2) The Vehicle With Its Equipment Should Be Brand New, Without Any Signs Of Use, Year Of Production 2026. 3) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of Complete Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz And Below; 4) Checking The Compliance Of The Vehicle With The Contract, The Quality Of Workmanship, The Functioning Of The Car And Individual Devices, The Quantitative Compliance Of The Equipment And The Required Documentation; 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training For At Least 18 People Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Chassis, Fire-Fighting Structure And The Vehicles Pump. The Training Should Be Carried Out: For Persons Collecting The Vehicle On The Contractors Premises, And Within 30 Days After Collecting The Vehicle, At The Final Location Of The Vehicle, Indicated By The Ordering Party, 6) The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, I.E. The Road Traffic Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) Along With The Implementing Regulations To The Act And Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). 7) The Vehicle Must Be Marked With The Operational Numbers Of The State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 6 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of May 8, 2025 On Transport Management In Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service (Journal Of Laws Of The State Fire Service Headquarters Of 2025, Item 11). Reflective Material For Marking Contours And Stripes) With A Width Of Min. 50 Mm In Red (Yellow Side) Marked With An International Approval Mark.
