Request for proposals for Hard FM and Office Cleaning Central African Republic The World Bank Group (WBG) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for the provision of Hard Facility Management (FM) Services and Office Cleaning Services for its office in Bangui, Central African Republic. The solicitation is divided into two lots: Lot 1 Hard FM Services and Lot 2 Office Cleaning Services. Firms may submit proposals for one lot or both lots. The resulting contracts will have an initial term of three (3) years, with two optional one-year renewals. Based on the evaluation results, the WBG reserves the right to award one combined contract or two separate contracts, one for each lot. Interested firms with demonstrated experience, the required local registrations and licenses, and the financial and operational capacity to deliver the services are encouraged to participate.
