The Subject Of The Order Is The Agreement On The Provision Of Technical Support For The Continuous Operation Of Ris Sed Monarch (Hdc, Zdc, Dts) For The Period From The Entry Into Force Of The Contractual Relationship, But At The Earliest From 01.01.2027 For A Period Of 6 Months. Ris Sed Monarch Is The Control Information System Of The Slovak Energy Dispatch, It Represents A Unique Specific System Of Hw And Sw Equipment That Ensures The Control Of The Transmission Of Electricity From The Equipment For The Production Of Electricity To The Distribution Network, Interstate Transmissions Of Electricity And The Reliability Of The Entire Electrification System Of The Slovak Republic. The Subject Of The Technical Support Agreement Is The Providers Obligation To Provide The Customer With Technical Support Related To The Use Of Ris Sed Monarch, Specified In More Detail In Point 3.2 Of The Agreement On The Provision Of Ris Sed Monarch Technical Support (Hereinafter Referred To As Technical Support) And The Customers Obligation To Pay The Agreed Contractual Price For Properly And Timely Technical Support In Accordance With Article V Of The Agreement On The Provision Of Ris Sed Monarch Technical Support. When Providing Technical Support, The Provider Undertakes To Perform The Following Activities: - Development And Support (Minor Modifications According To The Needs And Requirements Of End Users - Services On Request); - Prophylactic Control; - Sw Security Updates (On-Demand Services); - Customer Support (Hotline, Book Of Failure Records, Service And Failure Protocols, Evaluation And Record Of Service Activity Once A Month); - Golden Support Of Open Systems International, Inc. And Maintenance Fee; - Support For Ris Sed Monarch - Specific Modules; - Support For 3Rd. Parties And Cyber ​​Security Sw; - Provision Of Technical Support For Additional Devices; - Operative Provision Of Repairs (Service On Request).
