Gas Chromatographs – Delivery Of Specialized Laboratory Equipment Using The Ic Ion Chromatography Technique. 1. Subject Of The Order. 1.1. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell, Deliver (Delivery), Install, Launch And Test For Remuneration Two Brand New Two-Channel Sets Of Ion Chromatographs Enabling Simultaneous Analysis Of Anions And Cations Equipped With Automatic Sample Filtration, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Specification. 1.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Deliver, Install And Launch The Subject Of The Order At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, 2) Install The Subject Of The Order At The Place Of Destination In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines, And Report To The Ordering Party The Completion Of All Necessary Installation Works To The Extent Enabling The Ordering Party To Launch The Device, 3) Launch The Subject Of The Order After The Contractor Has Completed The Necessary Installation Works, 4) Conduct Training In The Use Of Hardware, Software And Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Contract At The Ordering Partys Premises, As Well As Application Training And Implementation Of Methodologies Confirmed By Issuing A Certificate, Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. Delivery Terms. 2.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Launch The Subject Of The Order Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, But No Later Than The Date Specified In Part Vi Of The Specification. 2.2. In Order To Agree On The Delivery Date, The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party Of The Readiness To Complete The Subject Of The Order By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than 14 Days Before The Date Specified In Part Vi Of The Specification. 2.3. Place Of Delivery - Leakage Disposal Department, Building E, Room Of The Salt Mine Laboratory Wieliczka S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1. 2.4. Delivery Hours Are Set On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. 2.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Its Own Expense And On Its Own. 2.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Install And Launch The Subject Of The Order In The Laboratory Room In Building E. 2.7. With The Delivery, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide: 1) Warranty Document, 2) Proof Of External Issue (Wz), 3) Ce Declaration Of Conformity, 4) Full Technical Documentation Of The Device In Polish In Paper Form And On An Electronic Medium.
