Tenders are invited for Supply of Household Gas and Welding Gas. The relevant application forms could be obtained from the Accounts Division of this Hospital on working days of the week from 12.10.2026 until 02.11.2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. by submitting the receipt obtained after paying the non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- to the Shroff of Ampara General Hospital as Registration Fee for each category (for each supply/service). Money orders/stamps or cheques will not be accepted. Applications should be enclosed in an envelope and sealed. It is mandatory that a photocopy of the Registration Certificate is submitted for supplies and services. Applications will be closed at 2.30 p.m. on 02.11.2026 and will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the Procurement Committee of this Hospital. Applicants or their representatives could be present on this occasion of opening applications.
