Tenders are invited for Procurement of Air Rifle Required Bid Security / Bank Draft / Security Deposit: Rs. 138,000.00 Bid Security Valid Date 07th February 2027 Non-refundable Amount Rs. 2,000.00 Document Issuing/Purchasing Period From 2026.10.13 until 2026.10.25, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Closing & Opening of Bids 2026.10.26 at 10.00 a.m. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained by interested bidders from the Procurement Management Division, District Secretariat, Mannar only, on any working day from 2026.10.13 to 2026.10.25 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m., upon submission of a written request with a certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate and payment of a non-refundable fee as described in the table below. Payment should be made in cash. 6. Bids should be submitted only on the documents obtainable from the Procurement Management Division, District Secretariat, Mannar. Securely sealed bids shall be sent by registered post addressed to The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, District Secretariat, Mannar, or deposited in the tender box available at the Finance Branch, District Secretariat, Mannar, on or before 2026.10.26 at 10.00 a.m. Late bids will be rejected. Original and duplicate bids should be enveloped separately, and both envelopes (Original and Duplicate) should be sealed in one envelope.
