Measure 6.4 Local Development Led By Community Co-Financed By The European Funds For Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027 Program, Including The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Permits, Carrying Out Authors Supervision And Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works. This Investment Will Be Implemented On Plot No. 4/2, District 0013 Łabędziów. This Plot Is Covered By The Local Development Plan And Is Not Located In Areas Of Particular Flood Risk. Pos. 898, Regarding The Adoption Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Morawica Commune For The Registration Areas: Radomice, Brudzów, Zaborze And Łabędziów - Plot Number 4/2 Is Located In The Area Of ​​Tourism Services Development. In The Existing State, The Area Intended For Mok Is A Forest Area, Covered With Trees In The Area Of ​​​​The Water Reservoir In Łabędziów. The Investment Works Include: - Fencing The Area With Accompanying Infrastructure, - Construction Of A Hardened Surface For A Bicycle Rack, - Construction Of A Shelter, - Construction Of A Permeable Surface, - Development Of The Area With Greenery, - Expansion Of The Power Grid, Water And Sewage, Monitoring, - Construction Of Small Architecture Elements, - Construction Of Infrastructure For Campers. In The Camper Service Area, 6 Parking Spaces For Campers Are Planned, The Investment Area Is Intended For For 30 People To Stay At The Same Time And Does Not Have Fire Zones With An Area Exceeding 1000 M2.
