Supplementary Information: Before Commencing Works In The Scope Of The Indicated Design Documentation - Works In The Road Lane Of A National Road, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply To The Road Manager For A Permit To Occupy The Road Lane In Order To Carry Out Works In The Road Lane And To Place External Devices In The Road Lane. Application For The Issuance Of The Above-Mentioned Permits Should Be Submitted To Gddkia Region In Lubartów Ul. Krańcowa 6, 21-300 Lubartów. The Application Must Be Accompanied By An Agreement Agreed With The Road Contractor, Polaqua Sp. Z O. O. Schedule Of Works Carried Out In The Road Area.
