The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation (Painting And Renovation) Of The External Facades And The Roof Of The Building Of The Funeral Home At The Municipal Cemetery In Stalowa Wola, Including: Making A New Cladding Of The Plinth Of The Building Walls, Cleaning The External Facades, Their Necessary Repairs And Preparing Them For Painting With Silicone Paints, Renovation Of Roof Slopes Along With Covering Them With Sheet Metal, Supplementing Sheet Metal Flashings And Ventilation Grilles.2.The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made Of Materials Purchased And Delivered By The Contractor.3.The Materials Referred To In Section 2, Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products And The Requirements Specified In The Bill Of Quantities.4.The Basic Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Plinth Works 2) Repair Of The Facade 3) Roof Structure The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.5.The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Covered By This Order In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications Constituting Annexes To The Swz And Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Provisions Contained In The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 19946.The Scope Of Works Not Included In The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities, Which Should Be Included In The Offer Price. - Preparation Of Facilities By The Contractor In The Area Of The Renovated Facility - Fencing And Securing (With Appropriate Marking) The Renovated Facility During The Task Implementation Period - Liquidation Of The Above-Mentioned Facilities, Tidying Up The Area By The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works - Securing All Existing Facilities In The Vicinity Of Which Construction Works Will Be Carried Out - Management Of All Waste Arising As A Result Of The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act, Including Keeping The Place Of Execution Of The Order Clean And Tidy On An Ongoing Basis, As Well As Removing And Disposing Of All Impurities, Debris And Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Works.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude, At His Own Expense, Appropriate Insurance Contracts For Damage That May Occur In Connection With Specific Random Events.8.The Contractor Should Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order In The Amount Of Min. Pln 40,000. The Contractor, 3 Days Before The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site, Will Submit Insurance Contracts For The Ordering Partys Inspection.9.The Detailed Scope Of Works And Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Documentation: Annex No. 10 - Bill Of Quantities And Annex No. 9 - Contract Template,10.The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility For The Contractor To Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Place Of Execution Of The Order In Order To Become Familiar With All Circumstances That May Affect The Preparati
