1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property On The Premises Of The Museum And Memorial Site In Sobibór. Branch Of The State Museum At Majdanek.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopp) Is Included In Annex 1 To This Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz) And Constitutes Its Integral Part. The Ordering Party Requires That The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, And In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.At The Stage Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor, Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, To Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of The Conducted Business For An Amount Equal To At Least The Value Of The Gross Offer Price, In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
