1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic Traffic Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act For The District Labor Office In Gorzów Wielkopolski: Gorzów Wielkopolski 66-400, Ul. Walczaka 110 And Two Branches Of The Office: Witnica 66-460, Ul. Kosynierów Mirosławskich 1; Kostrzyn Nad Odrą 66-470, Ul. Graniczna 4. 2. The Provision Of Postal Services Will Consist In Particular In: Collecting, Accepting, Transporting, Delivering And Returning Domestic Letter Items (Registered And Unregistered) As Well As Postal And Courier Parcels.3.The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Subject Of The Order Into Parts (And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Offers For Part Or Selected Parts Of This Order). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Due To The Nature Of The Service. An Attempt To Divide The Order Based On Weight Ranges Or Country Of Delivery Is Not Justified, Especially Since Operators Provide This Type Of Services Comprehensively, Which Should Be Considered Standard. A Possible Division Would Not Contribute - Due To The Structure Of The Market For This Type Of Services - To Achieving The Goal Of Facilitating The Participation In The Proceedings For Entities Belonging To The Category Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, And It Would Additionally Involve Significant Organizational Difficulties On The Part Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Provision Of Services Will Cover A Period Of 12 Months, I.E. From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027.
