The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct A Traditional Bread Catering Training As Part Of The Project Modern Professional Education In The Heart Of Kashubia Ii, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund + Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program. Objective Of The Training: The Aim Of The Training Is To Comprehensively Introduce Participants To The Knowledge Of The Fermentation Process And Bread Baking Techniques. Training Participants: A Total Of 35 Students Of The Gastronomy Industry Will Participate In The Training, District School Complex No. 1 In Kościerzyna, Divided Into At Least 2 Groups. Number Of Hours: 8 Theoretical And Practical Training Classes. One Training Hour Is Understood As 45 Minutes. The Training Program Should Include At Least: 1.Types Of Fermentation. 2.
