Call for Consultancies: Supply Full Control Panel for Qabrikha Pumping Station SPECIFICATION OF GOODS REQUIRED Location of delivery: Saida City, SLWE. Oxfam will share exact location with winner supplier. The supplier shall supply and deliver one complete electrical control panel suitable for a 60 HP submersible pump, with an autotransformer starting system. The control panel shall be fully assembled, wired, and tested prior to delivery. Starting method by autotransformer starter. Main contactor rated at minimum 125 A. Panel shall include all required protection and control relays, including Long-start protection relay. Thermal overload protection. Phase failure and phase sequence protection. Under-voltage and over-voltage protection. Ready-to-start indication and control. Auto/Manual selector switch. Panel shall be prepared for connection and integration with Water level sensors using electrodes. PT100 temperature sensors. Flow switches. All protection and control relays shall be of European brands. All panel accessories, components, and brands shall be subject to approval by Oxfam engineer and South Lebanon Water Establishment. The panel shall be fully wired, assembled, tested, and ready for installation and operation.
