To ensure all cash-based interventions are fully compliant with internal financial policies, regulations, and donor requirements, reinforcing transparency and audit readiness. To implement mandatory safety and accessibility audits for all transfer modalities (e.g., cash-in-hand, cash transfer service providers), ensuring that delivery mechanisms do not expose women to heightened risks of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) or other protection concerns. To position cash programming as a strategic entry point for enhancing womens access to and control over financial resources, promoting dignity and economic agency. To establish confidential, gender-sensitive feedback and complaints mechanisms that enable women to report concerns related to accessibility, safety, intra-household dynamics, or technology barriers in a timely and secure manner.
