Expression of Interest for Time Release Study Plus (TRS+) for the Port of Dar Es Salaam The objective of the contract is to conduct a comprehensive Time Release Study Plus (TRS+) at the Port of Dar es Salaam and adjacent logistics facilities, to measure and assess the time required to complete end-to-end import, export, and transit trade processes and procedures. The study will identify procedural, institutional, and operational bottlenecks involving Customs, other border regulatory agencies, and transport regulatory agencies.
