Request for Proposal for Graduate Readiness Programme - Career Readiness Training For Returning Caymanian Graduates The Portfolio Of The Civil Service (Pocs) Is Responsible For Workforce Planning And People Policy Across The Cayman Islands Civil Service. Under The Emerging Talent Graduate Programme Policy, Government-Funded Scholarship Recipients Returning From Post-Secondary Study Are Placed Into Structured Apprenticeship And Rotational Development Placements Of 12 To 24 Months Across Six Priority Job Families: Law, Finance, Human Resources, Communication, Information Technology, And Technical (Vocational). The Policy Requires That Every Participant Complete A Minimum Of One Week Of Readiness Training To Support The Transition From The Classroom To The Workplace. Cig Delivers This Requirement Through The Graduate Readiness Programme. This Procurement Is For The Delivery Of That Programme. To Equip Returning Caymanian Graduates With The Professional Competencies, Workplace Understanding And Personal Transition Plan Required To Perform Effectively From The First Weeks Of A Civil Service Placement, And To Sustain That Performance Through To Conversion Into Permanent Employment
