4.1.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment And Teaching Aids For The 1St Secondary School In Radzyń Podlaski.4.2.General Provisions Regarding All Parts: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Brand New, Unused, Complete, Full-Fledged And Free From Physical And Legal Defects Devices, Equipment, Furniture, Furnishings, Accessories, Materials, Costumes, Textiles And Other Elements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz.2) All Products Offered Must Come From A Legal Source Of Distribution, Be Allowed For Trading And Use In The Territory The Republic Of Poland And The European Union And Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Legal Provisions And Standards Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product, Including Requirements Regarding Safety, Electromagnetic Compatibility And Environmental Protection - If Applicable.3) If A Ce Marking, Declaration Of Conformity, Certificate, Attestation, Technical Card, Operating Or Assembly Manual, Safety Documentation Or Other Document Confirming The Properties, Admission To Marketing Or Safe Use Is Required For A Given Product, The Contractor Is Obliged To Possess And Submit Such A Document Within The Deadline Specified In The Opz, And In The Event Of Lack Of A Separate Indication - At The Latest Upon Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.4) The Offered Products Must Be Suitable For Use In An Educational Institution, Safe For Students And School Employees, Adapted To The Purpose Specified In The Opz And Enable Their Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Complete And Ready For Use, Together With All Required Elements Of Equipment, Accessories, Cables, Power Supplies, Mounting Elements, Licenses, Activation Codes, Instructions And Documentation Necessary For The Proper Operation Or Use Of A Given Product.6) The Offer Price Must Include All Costs Necessary To Perform The Order, In Particular Transport, Securing The Goods, Unloading, Bringing And Delivering To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Cleaning The Implementation Site.7) If The Opz Provides For Measurements, Assembly, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning Or Checking The Correct Operation, These Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order And Must Be Performed By The Contractor At No Additional Costs To The Ordering Party. This Applies In Particular To Interactive Monitors And Internal Blackout Blinds.8) In The Scope Of Interactive Monitors, The Delivery Also Includes Teacher Training Of At Least 1 Hour, In Accordance With The Opz.9) If The Opz Results In The Joint Use Of Individual Elements, The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Mutual Compatibility And Proper Cooperation To The Extent Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Order.10) Technical, Functional, Operational, Qualitative, Dimensional And Quantitative Par
