The Machine Shall Be Manufactured In 2023 Or Later, Have No More Than 4,500 Recorded Engine Hours At The Time Of Tender Evaluation And Meet The Minimum Technical, Performance, Safety And Operational Requirements Set Out In Appendix 1 Of This Document. The Required Machine Is Intended For Heavy-Duty Loading And Material-Handling Operations. It Must Be Fully Operational, In Serviceable Condition, Suitable For Its Intended Purpose And Supplied With The Documentation, Warranty And Technical Support Specified.
