The Subject Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Organization And Holding Of International Events For The Needs Of The Leadership Of The Ministry Of The Interior. Events Can Be In A Different Format, Such As Conferences, Round Tables, Meetings, Expert Meetings, And Other International Events Related To The Activities Of The Ministrys Leadership. They Can Also Include Just Organizing Working Lunches Or Dinners For The Leadership Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs With International Partners, Diplomats Accredited To Bulgaria, Representatives Of European And International Organizations In Bulgaria And Others. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Services For:- Hotel Accommodation;- Nutrition;- Transport;- Provision Of Halls And Technical Equipment, Including Video Connection If Necessary;- Production Of Badges, Signboards, Delegate Sets;- Printing/Distribution Of Materials;- Simultaneous/Consecutive Translation For The Events If Necessary;- Cultural Program, Etc., According To The Requirements Of The Technical Order Specification.​​​​​​​During The Term Of The Contract For Each Individual Event, The Contracting Authority Will Purchase Goods And Services From The Subject Of The Order According To Its Needs According To The Proposed Unit Prices In The Price Proposal Of The Participant Selected As A Contractor And Is Not Obliged To Absorb The Total Value Of The Concluded Contract.​​​​The Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 36 Months Or Until Reaching The Maximum Value Under The Contract, Depending On Which Circumstance Will Occur First.​​​​​​For The Purposes Of Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Ppa As A Basis For Comparison In Relation To The Total Value In Euros Without Vat Proposed By The Participants, Formed As A Sum Of The Corresponding Total Values ​​In Euros Without Vat For Hotel Accommodation And Food And Delivery Of Goods And Services, According To The Sample Price Proposal, The Contracting Authority Determines A Basis For Comparison In The Amount Of 11,057.10 Euros Without Vat
