The Uu Has 303 Gas Distribution Systems In The East And West Maintenance Regions Of The Utrecht Science Park (Usp). There Could Be A Few More. The Systems Are Used, Among Other Things, For Medical Activities At The Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine And For Research In Laboratories. We Want To Outsource The Daily Maintenance For These Systems. The Aim Of Daily Maintenance Is To Ensure That The Installations Function As Optimally As Possible During The Lifespan Of The Installations. The Lifespan Of The Systems Varies. During This Period, The Contractor Must Carry Out Maintenance, Clean The Installations And Inventory Their Actual Condition. The Estimated Value For Maintenance Is €115,000 Per Year.
