The Realization Of The Own Construction, The Subject Of Which Is The Construction Modifications Of The Existing Buildings No. 1 And No. 4 In The Area Of ​​The Former Dukel Barracks In Opava And The Change Of Their Use To Apartment Buildings, Including Related Construction Works, Technical Equipment And Connections, To The Extent Specified By The Contract And The Relevant Project Documentation; B. Demolition Of Building 07; C. Design Activity In The Scope Of Documentation Of Changes To The Building Before Completion Specified In Article Iv. Contracts; D. Ensuring The Performance Of The Function Of The Responsible Surveyor For The Duration Of The Construction, Including Geodetic Surveying And Technical Reports Of Individual Building Objects (Geometric Surveying According To The Actual Execution Of The Construction) In The Number Of 3 Pcs In Graphic Form And 1X In Digital Form In The Jtsk And B.P.V. System, Including Geodetic Surveying Of Engineering Network Items In Accordance With The Requirements Of Their Owners And Operators; E. Ensuring The Development Of Geometric Plans For The Establishment Of Easements And Works For Deposit In The Real Estate Cadastre Of The Relevant Cadastral Office; F. Engineering Activity Related To Changes To The Construction Prior To Completion And Approval Of The Construction, I.E. All Necessary Engineering Activity Related To Possible Changes To The Construction Prior To Completion And Subsequent Approval Of The Construction; G. Ensuring Supervision Within The Entire Implementation Of The Construction, I.E. Communication And Consultation With The Client, Or With The Person Ensuring Cooperation Within The Implementation Of The Work; Part Of This Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Is Also The Performance Of An Audit And Possible Modifications Of The Current Project Documentation, If A Mistake Is Found That Is In Conflict With The Legislation Or The Proposed Technical And Technological Solution. H. Ensuring All Related Activities Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Construction, Its Commissioning And Handing Over To The Client, Including The Provision Of All Necessary Tests, Revisions, Measurements, Documents, Certificates And Other Documents Required By Legal Regulations, Relevant Public Administration Bodies Or Technical Infrastructure Managers; I. Ensuring Cooperation During The Handover And Taking Over Of The Building, Removing Defects And Unfinished Business Found During The Acceptance Procedure And Providing The Necessary Cooperation When Putting The Building Into Proper Use. Other Activities Defined In The Contract And Its Annexes, Or In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes.
