Bus Station Construction Work – Neubau Bushof Ettiswil Lu. General Description The Ettiswil Bus Station Is An Important Regional Transport Hub For Public Transport. It Functions As A Transfer Point And Links The Bus Routes From Lucerne, Sursee, Willisau And Dagmersellen. The Bus Station Is Characterized By Its Location In The Village Center, The Direct Connection To The Cantonal Road Network From Four Directions, The Limited Space And A Medium-Frequency Bus Service (½ Hourly) Tailored To The Various Routes. In Order To Meet The Future Requirements Of The Regional Transport Hub, A New Bus Station Is Planned. The Central Location In The Village Center Will Be Upgraded In Terms Of Urban Development And The Legal Requirements Of The Equal Opportunities For Persons With Disabilities Act Will Be Implemented. The Bus Station Project Is Essentially Characterized By The Following Components: * Five Holding Edges A To E For Articulated Buses And Three Platforms. * Central Space On Platform 2 With Bicycle Parking, Toilet Facilities, Passenger Information, Ticket Machine And Seating. * Covering Platforms 1 And 2 (Platform 3 Is Not Covered). * Three Short-Term Parking Spaces (Kiss & Ride) With Access From Willisauerstrasse K 18.
