Construction Consultancy Services – Helsinki-Riihimäki Capacity Increase, Phase 2 Construction And Monitoring Services, Additional Procurement. The Finnish Railways Agency Has Decided To Enter Into 4-Year Framework Agreements For The Helsinki-Riihimäki Capacity Increase, The 2Nd Phases Additional Financing For Construction, Supervision And Planning Tasks. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract For Four Option Years One Year At A Time. With The Additional Funding, A New Freight Track Will Be Implemented, Which Will Start At Hyvinkääs Interchange On The Hanko Track On The West Side Of The Main Tracks, Crossing The Other Tracks In Monni And Ending At The Riihimäki Freight Yard. In Addition, Changes Will Be Implemented In The Project, E.G. For Bridges And Other Skilled Structures, Safety Devices And Electric Railway Structures And Noise Control. The Construction Plans For The Area Will Be Completed At The Beginning Of 2027. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, The Customer Assigns The Tasks Of A Developer Consultant And Supervision Of Track Works To The Additional Funding Portion. Tasks Of Assignments Can Be E.G. Safety Coordinator, Safety Equipment Developer, Electric Track And High Current Developer, Environmental Coordinator, Design Control Expert, Electric Railway Work Supervisor, Safety Equipment Work Supervisor, Superstructure Work Supervisor, Bridge And Skilled Structure Work Supervisor, Project Engineer And Project Assistant. The Total Amount Of Work To Be Carried Out Under The Framework Arrangement Is Approximately Eur 1,500,000 (Vat 0%) Per Year And Approximately Eur 10,000,000 (Vat 0%) During The Validity Period Of The Framework Arrangement. The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Customer. The Framework Arrangement Is Concluded With At Least Two (If There Are Less Than 2 Accepted Offers, The Framework Arrangement Can Also Be Concluded With One Operator) And A Maximum Of Four Suppliers. Places 3 And 4 Are Included In The Framework Arrangement, If The Difference Between The Approved Reference Price Of The Respective Places And The Cheapest Is Less Than 25%. The Agreement Also Includes Four (4) Separate Option Years (2031, 2032, 2033 And 2034). The Subscriber Shall Notify In Writing Of Exercising The Option At Least Two (2) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. Use Of The Option Requires The Approval Of Both Parties.
