Site Preparation Work - Preparation Of A Construction And Executive Design As Well As Construction And Assembly Works According To This Project For The Task Titled: Connection Of A Publicly Accessible Vehicle Charging Station On Plot 27/1, Rev. 8 Domanin, To The Power Grid. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation As Well As Construction And Assembly Works For The Task: Connection Of A Publicly Accessible Vehicle Charging Station On Plot 27/1 Of Rev. 8 Domanin To The Power Grid, Consisting In Particular Of: 1.1. Stage I - Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation, With All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Together With Obtaining Legal Titles To The Real Estate Necessary To Implement The Task On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And Supplementary Information To The Ffu (Ffu And Supplementary Information To The Ffu, Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Functional And Utility Program Or Ffu), 1.2. Stage Ii - Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (Including All Other Materials And Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order), According To The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Received Positively And Agreed By The Ordering Party Under Stage I Of The Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That: 2.1. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Carried Out Exclusively Using (Regardless Of Its Method Or Scope) Software, Materials, Products Or Devices That Come From: 2.1.1. From Member States Of The European Union Or 2.1.2. From Third Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Other International Agreements To Which The European Union Is A Party, Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, With Origin Being Determined In Accordance With Art. 60 Section 1 And 2 Of Regulation (Eu) No. 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 October 2013 Establishing The Customs Code. 2.2. Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Did Not Include: 2.2.1. Any Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process That Was Indicated In The Recommendation Of The Government Plenipotentiary For Cybersecurity, Issued Pursuant To Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating The Negative Impact Of Such Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security (Article 226(1)(17) Of The Public Procurement Law) And 2.2.2. Any Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision Of The Minister Responsible For Computerization To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Issued Pursuant To Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor Any Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In Such A Decision (Article 226(1)(19) Of The Public Procurement Law). Ict Product, Ict Service And Ict Process Should Be Understood As The Product, Service And Process, Respectively, Referred To In Art. 2 Points 12-14 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification
