Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines, For Highways, Roads, Airfields And Railways; Flatwork – Renovation Of The Water Main In Ul. Chełmicka In Włocławek. The Subject Of This Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Regarding The Modernization Of The Existing Water Supply Main In Ul. Chełmicka (From Ul. Lipnowska To The Water Intake/Suw Zawiśle) In Włocławek, Together With The Reconstruction, Replacement And Installation Of Fittings And Water Supply Nodes, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The Surface After The Works Performed And All Works Accompanying The Reconstruction Of The Infrastructure In Question, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Volume Iii Of The Specification Of Terms Of Order (Swz) Of The Above-Mentioned Tender. The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works That Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works, I.E. Organization And Security Of The Construction Site As Well As All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Including Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of Construction And Developing As-Built Documentation After The Completion Of The Construction Works. The Total Length Of Water Supply Lines Planned For Modernization Is Approximately 0.35 Km. The Scope Of Work Includes Modernization Of Ul. Chełmicka (From Ul. Lipnowska To The Water Intake/Suw Zawiśle) Of The Existing Main Water Supply Network, Including Reconstruction, Replacement And Installation Of Fittings And Water Supply Nodes. Conduits And Valves Selected For Modernization And Replacement Are Located Mainly In Road Lanes. It Is Assumed That The Mains Will Be Renovated Using The Trenchless Method Using Loose Fit Technology, Together With The Necessary Point Installation Excavations In Order To Make Gate Valve Nodes, Connect And Switch Cables, Etc. The Above Order Will Be Implemented Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, As The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Volume Iii Of The Specification Of Procurement Conditions (Swz) Of The Above-Mentioned Tender. Under This Order, The Contractor Will Develop, Among Others: Design Documentation For Reporting Works Or A Building Permit (If Required) And Technical Documentation Necessary To Perform And Complete Modernization Works Based On The Pfu Guidelines. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Permits, Opinions, Arrangements And Approvals, Etc., Resulting From The Documentation And Works Carried Out As Well As The Provisions Of Law Applicable In This Regard. The Order In Question Is Part Of The Project Entitled Modernization Of The Drinking Water Supply System In The City Of Włocławek Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Priority Fenx.02 Support For The Energy And Environment Sectors, Measure Fenx.02.05 Water For Drinking.
