The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is Also The Proper, Complete And Faultless Execution Of The 72-Month Post-Warranty Full Service Delivered Of 1 Piece Of Multi-Detector Ct Device And 1 Piece Of Stationary Skiagraphic X-Ray Device, Within The Scope And In Accordance With Contract 2 And These Procurement Conditions. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Proper, Complete And Faultless Execution Of Any Construction Modifications And Wiring Modifications Related To The Connection Of The Supplied Devices, In Particular: - Electrical Connection. Energy And Switchboards - In The Event That The Supply Or Switchboard Specified In The Project Does Not Suit The Supplied Devices, The Supplier Is Obliged, Within The Scope Of The Performance Of The Awarded Public Contract, To Ensure The Reinforcement Of The Supply And Switchboard, Or To Make The Supply With A New Switchboard So That The Connection Of The Supplied Devices Can Be Made; - Air Handling Equipment Including Filtration - In The Event That The Condition Specified In The Project Is Not Suitable For The Supplied Devices, The Supplier Is Obliged, Within The Scope Of The Performance Of The Awarded Public Order, To Ensure The Modification Of The Air Handling Equipment And Filtration So That It Is Suitable For The Operation Of The Supplied Devices; - Cooling System For Air-Conditioning - In The Event That The Condition Specified In The Project Does Not Suit The Supplied Devices, The Supplier Is Obliged, Within The Scope Of The Performance Of The Awarded Public Order, To Ensure The Modification Of The Cooling System For Air-Conditioning So That It Is Suitable For The Operation Of The Supplied Devices. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Respect Of The Rules For The Connection Of New Technologies And Remote Management Valid From_17.3.2026, Which Also Include Conditions For Cyber Security.
