The Dachau District Concludes A Framework Agreement With A Contractor For Security Services In Its Refugee And Asylum Accommodation. The Services Are Accessed Via Individual Orders. Scope Of Services: - Stationary Surveillance Of The Shared Accommodation Around The Clock, Usually As Double Surveillance With Guard And Shift Management; - Mobile Patrol Of Decentralized Accommodation; - Required And Additional Deployments, In Particular Reinforcements, Short-Term Deployments From A Personnel Reserve And Guarding Of Newly Commissioned Locations. The Tasks Include, Among Other Things, Access And Visitor Control, Patrols, Fire Protection And Evacuation Tasks, Support With Food Distribution, De-Escalation, Reporting And Documentation Obligations As Well As Cooperation With The Accommodation Management, Police And Emergency Services. The Current Situation Currently Includes Five Stationary Guarded Locations And Three Mobile Patrolled Decentralized Accommodations; This Corresponds To An Annual Average Of Around 15 Security Guards Around The Clock. The Quantities Stated In The Tender Documents Are Estimated Quantities By The Client. A Minimum Purchase Is Not Agreed. Locations Can Be Added Or Eliminated During The Term Or Switch Between Stationary Guarding And Mobile Patrolling. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 40,000,000.00 Euros Net For The Entire Term; When The Maximum Value Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Is Exhausted. Requirements For The Staff: Permission In Accordance With Section 34A Gewo, Expertise Test Or Training Depending On The Function, Registration-Free Extended Certificate Of Good Conduct, Proof Of Measles Protection In Accordance With Section 20 Ifsg And Language Skills In German And English; Other Languages, Preferably Arabic And Russian, Are Desired. The Remuneration Is Based At Least On The Collective Wage Agreement For Security Services In Bavaria. The Only Award Criterion Is The Price. The Evaluation Sum Is Evaluated Based On The Hourly Billing Rates Offered And The Specified Estimated Quantities For Stationary Security, Mobile Patrolling And Required Services.
