Demolition Of The Existing Rheumatology And Rehabilitation Building For Children At The Geriatric Care Center Of The Pomeranian Rheumatology Center In Sopot, Together With The Demolition Of Development Elements And The Development Of A Multi-Discipline Technical And Executive Design, Workshop Designs, Other Required Designs And Analyzes And Execution Of Construction Works (Including Technical And Executive Designs Of The Following Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Electrical Installations In Terms Of Switchboards, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, And Ssp For The Target Arrangement Of The Second (2Nd) Floor), As Well As Obtaining A Valid Permit To Use The Building Of The Center For Comprehensive Care For Children With Rheumatic Diseases At The Pomeranian Rheumatology Center. Development Of A Construction Design, Multi-Discipline Technical Design, Detailed Design, Workshop Designs, Other Required Designs And Analyses, Obtaining A Building Permit And All Other Necessary Permits, Decisions And Arrangements, And Execution Of Construction Works, As Well As Obtaining A Valid Permit To Use An Above-Ground Parking Lot For 30 Parking Spaces With A Parking System And Technical Infrastructure, An Underground Retention Tank For Rainwater, A Station With An Oxygen Tank And A Shelter With Oxygen Expansion Plant – Stage Ii; C. Development Of The Area And Greenery, Construction Of Exits, External Installations And Connections Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Investment And Obtaining A Decision On The Occupancy Permit For Stages I And Ii, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Decisions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Acceptance And Other Formal Documents Required For The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By Stages I And Ii; D. Construction Of A Drilling Platform For Drilling A Chalk Well - Implementation Within Stages I And Ii; E.
