Engineering Services – 2026-07-Lsvs-Bogenhalle-Technical-Equipment. The Arch Hall, Which Is A Listed Building, Was Built Between 1950 And 1955 As Part Of The New Buildings For The State Sports School. The Ensemble Is Made Up Of Three Components: - The Sports Hall, Which Is Called The Arch Hall Because Of Its Typical Arch Segments - The Equipment Gymnasium - The Entrance Building With The Changing Rooms. In 1977, The Equipment Gymnasium Was Expanded To Include A Simple Extension Made Of A Steel Hall Structure. In 1980, A So-Called Schnitzel Pit Was Added To The Gymnasium, Taking Into Account The Historical Materials Made Of Reinforced Concrete And Sandstone Facade. In 1989, Another Hall Made Of Steel Construction Was Added To The Reception Building As A Shooting Range. The Hall Serves As A Training Room For The Shooters. With The Exception Of The Extensions, The Arched Hall Ensemble Has Been Largely Preserved In Its Original Condition And Is A Listed Building. The Installations (Changing Rooms, Wet Rooms, Heating, Ventilation) Are Broken And Urgently Need To Be Replaced. In A Preliminary Study, Measures Were Identified In Order To Be Able To Comply With The Current Energy Consumption For Heating. In Addition To The Energetic Renovation Of The Outer Shell Of The Building Ensemble, The Sanitary Facilities Must Be Fundamentally Renovated And Adapted To Current Requirements. The Outdoor Facilities Are Not The Subject Of The Planned Measure. The Exception Is The Access Area With The Stairs And Ramps To The Reception Building. In Particular, Concrete Renovation Of The Stairs Is Necessary Here, Provided This Makes Economic Sense And After Checking The Static Requirements. In Any Case, A Monument Permit Must Be Obtained. The Shooting Hall Is Not Taken Into Account In The Planned Measure. The Renovation Measure Is Funded By The Saarland State Government. According To An Initial Cost Estimate, The Expected Renovation Costs Amount To Eur 8 Million Gross (Cost Groups 300 - 700). The Subject Of This Tender Is The Services Of Technical Equipment In Accordance With §§ 53, 55 Hoai (System Groups 1-5, 8 - Service Phases 3-9). The Construction Project Is Expected To Be Supported With Public Funds. The Client Reserves The Right To Commission Individual Service Phases In Stages. There Is No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Service Phases. If Service Phases Are Called Off, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Respective Services. The Following Time Frame Conditions Must Be Observed: - Start Of Planning: Immediately After Commissioning - Complete Completion: By December 31St, 2027 October 14Th, 2033 At The Latest
