The Subject Of The Order Is: Adaptation Of The Building And Rooms By Increasing Accessibility By Building An External Vertical Lift Along With The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building Of The Social Services Center In Iłów-Osada. 2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Locomotive Of Change - Social Services Center In Iłów-Osada Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021 Program - 2027.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Swz And The Annexes To This Swz, Which The Ordering Party Made Available In An Electronic Version On The Ordering Partys Tender Platform. Scope Of The Order The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Delivery And Installation Of An External Lift/Vertical Platform For People With Disabilities. • Construction And Renovation Works Of The Staircase, Including: • Execution Of Carpet Coverings For Stairs And Passageways. Pvc.• Installation Of A New Balustrade (Mesh In A Frame With A Handrail).• Installation Of Automatic Doors.• Painting And Finishing Works.• Removal And Disposal Of Rubble And Demolition Materials.• Renovation Of The Building Rooms (Kipus, Corridor) - Finishing And Repair Works.• Accompanying And Installation Works (Electrical) Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Lift, Automatic Doors And Lighting.4. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act Allows For An On-Site Visit And Informs That It Has Set Deadlines For Submitting Offers, Taking Into Account The Time Necessary For Contractors To Familiarize Themselves With The Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Including As A Result Of An On-Site Visit. In Order To Carry Out An On-Site Visit, The Contractor Submits A Request To The Ordering Party Via The Tender Platform, At The Address Indicated In Point. 2.2. Swz. The Ordering Party Will Immediately, But No Longer Than Within 3 Business Days, Provide The Contractor With Information About The Scheduled Date Of The On-Site Visit.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Construction And Renovation Works For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.6. The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered, Installed And Put Into Operation Of A Brand New External Vertical Lift For Disabled People For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months (Indicate In Accordance With The Declaration In The Offer, E.G. 24-48).7. During The Warranty Period For The Vertical Lift, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform, At His Own Expense, All Maintenance Inspections And Warranty Inspections Required By The Manufacturer, Including Ensuring Constant Care Of A Conservator With The Appropriate Authorizations Of The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt). The Cost Of Inspections, Consumables And Assistance With Periodic Udt Tests Must Be Included In The Offer Price.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide
