The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Central Heating Installation In The Nadszaniec Building, Which Is Part Of Bastion Vii (Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment). 2. The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Included In The Budget Of The City Of Zamość For 2026-2027, Entitled: Construction Of A Central Heating Installation In Bastion Vii (Nadszaniec K-2).3.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Central Heating Installation In The Nadszaniec Building In Zamość By Performing The Following Works: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, 2) Construction Of Installation Channels In The Ground Floor Floor Along With Covering The Above-Mentioned. Channels In The Form Of Protective Grates, 3) Installation Of Central Heating System Pipelines, 4) Installation Of Central Heating System Fittings, 5) Installation Of Radiators (On The Ground Floor: Channel Radiators Intended For Installation In The Floors Of Heated Rooms, On The First Floor And In Social Rooms And Toilets: Panel Radiators With Profiled Heating Plates And Convection Elements With Bottom Connection), 6) Thermal Insulation Of Distribution Pipes, 7) Flushing Of The Installation Central Heating And Performance Of The Required Tests And Acceptances, 8) Finishing And Cleaning Works, 9) Performance Of All Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.4.To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Materials And Devices That Guarantee Appropriate Quality Must Be Used, With Technical And Quality Parameters Corresponding To The Properties And Materials Adopted In The Documentation, All Delivered And Built-In Materials Must Be New, The Use Of Prototype Materials Is Not Allowed, Built-In Materials Must Have The Required Declarations Of Conformity, Declarations Of Performance Properties, Approvals, Certificates, Quality And Origin Certificates, Technical Cards.5.As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform All Preparatory And Security Works Necessary For The Safe Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Develop The Construction Site And Maintain The Construction Facilities At Its Own Expense, 3) Carry Out The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 4) Incur During The Execution Of The Order All Costs Related To Measurement, Delivery And Consumption Of Utilities Necessary To Perform The Order, 5) Perform Cleaning Works During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And After Their Completion, After The Completion Of The Works To Restore The Area Construction Site To Its Original Condition, 6) Covering The Costs Related To: A) Arrangement And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, B) Removal Of Any Unexploded Ordnance, Unexploded Ordnance And Ammunition Discovered During The Works, C) Making Excavations In The Event Of Failure To Report The Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing For
