3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant In Wojcieszów Based On The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.3.2 The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Concept For The Reconstruction Of The Retention Tank And Horizontal Sedimentation Tank Along With Technological Installations (Water, Sewage, Automation, Power Supply, Heating, Ventilation) Based On The Guidelines Collected In The Pfu, Along With Its Approval By The Ordering Party; 2) Inventory Of Greenery Colliding With The Investment; 3) Development Of Maps For Design Purposes; 4) Obtaining All Consents, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Develop And Approve Documentation, Including: A) Decisions Or Other Permits To Carry Out Works In The Monument Protection And Archaeological Protection Zone, B) Water Law Decision In The Event Of The Need To Reconstruct Water Facilities, Or Perform Works Requiring Water Law Consent, C) Environmental Decision, If Necessary.
